Services Provided: Provider HOME BOSS LLC agrees to provide regular maintenance and cleaning services for Client's pool located at “Service Address Above” These services include, but are not limited to, skimming, vacuuming, chemical balancing, chemical testing, filter cleaning, equipment inspection. Holiday Schedule: The pool service will be suspended during Christmas week. Regular service will resume the following week. Termination Policy: Either party must provide written notice of termination at least 15 days prior to the desired termination date. Access to Pool: The client must grant access to the pool on scheduled service days. Failure to provide access will result in the visit being rescheduled for the following week without credit or deduction. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, scheduled visits may be canceled. Visits may be rescheduled for the next suitable day, depending on weather conditions. Hurricane Policy In the event of a hurricane, scheduled visits will be canceled. Service will resume according to instructions from local authorities. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the end of each month for services rendered. Credit Card Payments, Checks, or electronic transfers: I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute these transactions; so as long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this form. Monthly Payment Obligation: The client agrees to pay for the service on a monthly basis, as outlined in the agreement. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for maintaining the correct water level in the pool. The client must fill up the pool when necessary to ensure proper functioning. Agreement Acknowledgment: By engaging in the pool service, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to the client in writing. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FLORIDA. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
